Elsa is a certified Portuguese teacher with over 10 years of experience running her own language school, where she specialized in teaching Portuguese to international students. Her mission has always been to support foreigners in adapting to life in Portugal through effective and engaging language learning. After some years working in tourism, Elsa returned to her passion: teaching Portuguese. Today, she dedicates herself fully to helping non-native speakers master the language with patience, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to their progress.
Her teaching approach blends traditional grammar instruction with practical communication skills. Lessons include conversational practice, dialogues in Portuguese, and rich cultural insights—covering Portuguese traditions, music, films, and storytelling. This immersive method helps students not only learn the language but also integrate into Portuguese society with confidence. Elsa is always available to answer questions and support her students throughout their learning journey. In addition to her fluency in Portuguese, she has a strong command of German and French, which can be especially helpful for learners who speak these languages.
